Terri Kidder was born and brought up in Reading, MA and attended Fitchburg State College. She has lived in Plaistow, NH since 1986 where she brought up her two children. In 1999, she obtained her real estate license and opened her property management company in Amesbury, MA . Advantage Property Management has grown in the past 11 years and currently manages residential rentals and condominium associations in the greater Amesbury/Newburyport area.
Terri joined the Amesbury Rotary club in 2001 and was the club pres-ident in 2005-06. Terri started a literacy project for the club called Readers are Leaders and the project has been ongoing for 10 years. At the club level Terri has been membership chair, auction chair, service project chair, served on the board of directors for 7 years and has been active with all of the fundraisers and projects for the club. At the District level Terri was an Assistant District Governor for 3 years, chaired the District Conference in 2008 in Boston, and is currently chairing the District Conference for 2012 in Mystic, Ct. Terri is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow.
