Note: If your meeting is a luncheon meeting, the District Governor, District Governor Elect and Assistant Governor will arrive forty five minutes prior to the start of your meeting for a meeting with you and your Club’s Officers and Board of Directors. If your club is a breakfast meeting the District Governor, District Governor Elect and Assistant Governor will meet with you and your Club’s Officers and Board of Directors direct;y following the end of the regular meeting.
