Choose from the many great speakers who live and breathe Rotary from around District 7930. Their personal "Rotary Minutes" will inspire your club to increase its particiaption in many Rotary programs from EarlyAct, Interact, Rotaract, RYLA, Rotary Youth Exchange, Rotary Foundation, Polar Plunge, District training and fellowship events. Invite them to visit your club and speak about all that Rotary offers to our members and educate your members about additional Rotary service opportunities.


Julia Phelps

Julia is a past Rotary International director who has served as a trainer and speaker for various Rotary programs and as a president’s representative. A Rotarian since 1997, she is a Major Donor, a member of the Paul Harris Society, and a charter member of the Bequest Society. Julia received the Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service.
Rotary Foundation experience/interests: District Rotary Foundation chair, chair of District 7930’s Rotary Foundation centennial celebration, past trainer for Rotary’s new grant model; interested in sharing the impact that Foundation alumni, Rotary Scholars, and vocational training team members have on their communities.
