A Celebration of Women in Rotary
Tuesday June 30, 2020
5:00pm

On 4 May 1987, the US Supreme Count changed the face of Rotary International forever.  On that date the Court unanimously ruled that Rotary couldn't discriminate based on sex and they had to admit women into local Rotary Clubs.  The Council on Legislation followed up soon after changing the by-laws and constitution of our organization.
Clubs in District 7930, followed the lead of clubs around the world and began admitting women.   Join us on Tuesday, 30 June to celebrate Women on Rotary!  It will be DG Joan's last day as Governor before handing over the reins to DGE Betsy.  We'll hear from women in D7930 who have been leaders at all levels of our organization and those that aspire to be leaders of the future.  Sage advice from all women in leadership will available and free of charge as we learn about the roles women in D7930 have held and the impact of Rotary on their lives.

Bring your favorite cocktail to the celebration at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 30, 2020.  What a great way to show how "Rotary Connects they World" and how Rotary Opens Opportunities!
