The district membership forum was well received and attended, including members from D7930 New England E Club and D7910.Keynote speaker PDG Kate Sims provided an informative, interactive and inspired presentation on membership ideas.The points of interest included: Respect, Relevance, Inclusion, Engagement, Open-minded thinking, Mentoring, Coaching, Collaboration, Service and Corporate (Group) members and other membership types, Discussing and accepting differences and having FUN while serving local communities.
Value proposition was discussed: what brings individuals together and what are member and prospective member’s passion. Is the club meeting it?
