Congratulations to all the members of District 7930 for achieving positive growth in membership during the 2017-2018 Rotary year. This is the first time in five years that we have had an increase. Through the efforts of the Membership Committee under the leadership of Amy Luckiewicz and Jim Major, they have provided the spark to inspire clubs to expand their reach into the community. Through exciting new programs like the mini grants for both membership and public image, clubs could access matching funds to attract individuals who share our vision of Service Above Self. Let's not forget the new Welcome Party program, which has had a sensational impact in terms of retention based on the early numbers. In fact, we moved from 90% to 96% retention this past year. Although we were only up 2, we were able to reverse the downward spiral that is still typical in North America. Only 3 ditsricts in our Zone, received this achievement.
 
But none of this would have been possible without the hard work of each of the 21 clubs who had positive membership growth. Their innovative approach to inviting their communities to be part of Rotary has produced some amazing results. Here is the list of clubs who have made it happen:
