Can Germany lead in Europe without dominating it?

Our district 7930 is one of the founding districts of the ICC USA-Germany-Austria, which was initially established at the RI Convention in Hamburg in 2019.

James Bindenagel is a former U.S. Ambassador and career U.S. diplomat. He is currently Senior Professor and was the founding Henry Kissinger Chair at Bonn University in Germany.
