Ipswich Rotary President Cushing Titcomb inducted a new member into the Ipswich Club on February 8th, when Deb Richards became the 70th member of Ipswich Rotary. Ipswich recently began a Service Membership Program, and has implemented evening meetings on the second Wednesday of every month to accommodate club members not able to attend the Thursday morning meetings.
