Service during COVID is alive and well! Greeted by CEO Janet Nittmann of Windrush Farm, North Andover, members and friends of the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor were joined by Marblehead High School Interactors in spending a day of fellowship and service spreading cushioning mulch on bridle trails, performing light carpentry work, and cleaning out and hosing down the barn.

Windrush, which depends on volunteers to perform many upkeep duties, offers therapeutic horseback riding to children and adults with disabilities and also offers services to veterans dealing with the effects of PTSD. An added plus at the end of the day for the Rotarians and Interactors? They were invited to meet and greet Windrush's handsome horses in their paddocks.
