The Newburyport Rotary Club is proud to announce their 2020 scholarship recipients.1. Norman H. Russell Memorial Scholarship of $3,000 goes to Bridget Lane of Newburyport from Newburyport High School.
2. George A. Cashman Community Service Scholarship of $3,000 goes to Annemarie Noe of Newburyport from Newburyport High School
3. Norman H. Russell Memorial Scholarship of $3,000 goes to Fay Paicos of Salisbury from Triton High School.
The club interviewed several students from both Newburyport High School and Triton remotely via Zoom. The committee had a difficult choice but felt these students rose to the top and deserved their support through the scholarships.
The Newburyport Club was fortunate to have the awardees attend their weekly Rotary meeting today via Zoom.
