The Newburyport Rotary Club held its annual Chef's Table Dinner on Tuesday, March 20, where ten chefs cook tableside for ten diners. Local restaurants donate their chefs, food and time preparing a variety of cuisines, which are not typical everyday restaurant choices. The Chefs enjoyed being creative and diners were the recipients of something unusual. One of our chefs, Jen Normand from Sea Level, was a former contestant on the television program, Hell's Kitchen!During the cocktail hour, guests were able to bid on silent auction items and our special wine raffle of 50 plus bottles of wine. We were able to raise almost $13,000 to go to local charities.
