It is with great sadness to inform you that Past District Governor Bud Curtis of the Rotary Club of Rockport passed away on November 4th. Bud was the last surviving charter member of the Rotary Club of Rockport and served as District Governor in 1984-1985. He was the President of the Rockport Club in 1961 and served as Team Leader on Cultural Exchanges to England and India. Bud was a dedicated Rotarian and maintained perfect attendance until the last years of his life.
Bud ran Curtis News in Rockport for 40 years and was very well known and loved in his town. He will be missed.
Our thoughts are with the Rotary Club of Rockport and Bud's sons and their families.
