On 24 October, we will mark World Polio Day. It is a day to celebrate how far we have come and an opportunity for all of us to raise awareness and funds to complete the work of eradication. I ask every Rotary club to participate in some way in World Polio Day activities" says Rotary International President Ian H.S. Riseley in his October presidential message.
As a visiting Rotarian in your great cites of Boston and Cambridge, and as an Italian, I thought that the best way to celebrate the World Polio Day would be with an introduction to pasta making, and the possibility to taste some quality Italian food with a paired matched wine to our fellow Rotarians in New England. 25th October is also World Pasta Day!

Thanks to the generous sponsorship from EATALY Boston, which offered us a really great deal, we can offer you the possibility to taste a welcome wine with some appetizers, participate in a pasta demo class, with the possibility to get your hands on, to finish with a great pasta dish and matching wine. Tickets are at $95. Please be aware that places are limited, so book yourself as soon as possible at: https://goo.gl/QHk2F8
