Rotary of Somerville inducts and welcomes 2 new members; Chris Rodrigues from East Cambridge Savings Bank and Vincent Maganzini from Rockland Trust to their club.Chris Rodrigues joined East Cambridge Savings Bank in 2006 and has built many valued relationships over the past 12 years. As a Rotarian, Chris looks forward to promoting goodwill in the Somerville community in addition to building long lasting relationships will fellow Rotarians.
Vincent Magazini graduated from Suffolk University in 1987 and worked with G.S.I. for over 20 years overseeing the financials and operations. In 2012, Vincent started a new career at Rockland Trust as a banker. With Rockland Trust’s encouragement and support Vincent became a member of the Somerville Rotary Club. Vincent hopes to be active in all aspects of Rotary. Many of the service opportunities are important to him, because acting local is what life is all about. Vincent quoted James M. Barrie and it is so true, “Those who bring sunshine into the lives of others, cannot keep it from themselves.” Rotary illuminates!
