How to participate in the EndPolio7930 online fundraising team on the Raise for Rotary Platform and create your own fundraising page that you can then share with friends & family on social media

NEW this year - we are using the Raise for Rotary platform for our Polio Fund donation efforts in District 7930. The benefit of Raise for Rotary is that it doesn't incur any extra costs for donation processing, and is directly integrated with the Rotary International donation systems.

Please follow these steps to create your own fundraising page as part of the EndPolio7930 campaign/team:

  1. Go to bit.ly/EndPolio7930 in your web browser

  2. Click on the big (+) sign that says “Join the team and create your fundraising page”:

  1. Set your fundraising goal and pick a goal amount of how much you personally want to raise this year to Eradicate Polio – you can enter a custom amount, if you want:

  1. Now enter your name, email address, and pick a new username and password that you will be using on the Raise for Rotary platform going forward. Please make sure that you use the same email address that you are using for your MyRotary account to ensure you get PHF points credit for any donations you make:

  1. To ensure that your Rotary Club gets credit for any non-Rotarian donations to your fundraising page, please enter your Rotary Club ID in the Club Information section:

If you don’t know your Club ID, you can look it up on the district website here: https://rotary7930.org/clubdirectory/

  2. Once you have clicked the blue “Create my account” button, you are ready to add your photo to your profile and you can then share your personal fundraiser page with your social media network.

  3. The default settings will put an end-date to your fundraiser a few months into the future, so I recommend that you change the end-date to June 30, 2023 to coincide with the end of our Rotary year.

Hope this helps. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact DG Alexander Falk via email.
